Semarang, 27 January 2026 – Binabusana Group has shown its commitment to developing talent by opening the 14th batch of the Binabusana Management Trainee Program (BMTP). The opening ceremony was held at the PT Apparel One Indonesia Development Center in Semarang. This is a strategic step for the company to create high-quality future leaders.
Following the Triputra Group philosophy, “room to grow,” this year’s program includes 24 selected participants from top universities across Indonesia. This 14th batch proves the company’s consistency in building long-term leadership by educating talented young people.
The event was attended by the Board of Directors of Binabusana Group and PT Apparel One Indonesia, as well as the coaches and mentors who will support the participants.
In his message, the CEO of Binabusana Group, Mr. Daniel Tirta Kristiadi, highlighted how important the MT participants are for the company’s future growth. He encouraged them to be “good seeds” by learning as much as possible to help the company move forward. He also asked the coaches and mentors to always guide the participants so they can reach their full potential.
Through BMTP, Binabusana Group does not just provide technical training. The program also builds a strong leadership spirit to make sure the company is ready for future industry challenges.
