To navigate the industrial challenges of 2026, the Operation Team of PT Apparel One Indonesia (AOI) held its Operation Team Huddle on Friday, March 13, 2025. Hosted at S2 Ballroom & Resto, the event served as a crucial momentum to align visions and strengthen camaraderie across the team amidst the holy month of Ramadan.
Driven by a spirit of collaboration, this huddle focused on four key pillars essential to achieving the company’s win goals:
- Quality: A commitment to maintaining the highest standards across all production lines.
- Cost Competitiveness: Strategic efficiency to build a stronger competitive advantage.
- Effective Communication: Building transparent and solution-oriented communication between departments.
- OTD (On-Time Delivery): Ensuring punctuality as a core promise to our customers.
The event concluded with a warm iftar (breaking of the fast) dinner. As they waited for the call to prayer, participants mingled freely, strengthening the sense of family that serves as the foundation of AOI’s Operation Team.
Through this activity, it is expected that all Operation Team personnel are now on the same frequency—applying the values of quality, efficiency, and effective communication to realize the company’s grand vision: “Aligning the Seam, Creating the Dream.”
