Semarang, May 12, 2026 — Binabusana Internusa Group (BBI) took part in a guest lecture session at Akademi Kesejahteraan Sosial (AKS) Ibu Kartini Semarang, engaging with students from the Fashion Design (Tata Busana) department. The event was held as a collaboration between BBI and the campus to introduce students to the manufacturing industry ahead of their graduation.
The session was delivered by a practitioner from PT Apparel One Indonesia (AOI)’s Operational Excellence division under the theme “Efficiency- and Global Quality-Based Production Management Strategy.” Beyond theoretical discussion, the speaker offered students a real-world perspective on workplace challenges, the importance of process efficiency, global quality standards, and the mindset required to thrive in today’s manufacturing industry.
Through this initiative, BBI hopes to provide students with fresh insights while helping bridge the gap between academic education and industry needs.
BBI expressed its appreciation for the enthusiasm and warm welcome extended by the students and campus representatives throughout the event.
