Semarang, June 8, 2026 — PT Apparel One Indonesia (AOI) took part in the International Industrial Sharing event organized by the Smart Industrial Engineering Study Program at BINUS University Semarang. The event was held to share insights on developments in the manufacturing industry with students.
The session was delivered by AOI’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Reynaldo Cruz, who guided students in understanding the vital role of automation and digitalization in transforming the garment manufacturing industry amid increasingly competitive, technology-driven conditions.
The event was attended by approximately 50 second- and fourth-year students, who showed strong enthusiasm throughout the discussion and Q&A session. Through this activity, students gained a real-world perspective on the challenges, opportunities, and technological advancements currently being applied in the industry.
AOI extended its appreciation to BINUS University Semarang for the opportunity and collaboration. The event is hoped to inspire and strengthen the synergy between academia and industry in preparing future talent.
