PT Apparel One Indonesia held the opening of the 2025 Binabusana Planning Cycle on Friday, August 16, 2024, at Kampung Laut Restaurant, Semarang.
The opening event was attended by the directors of PT Apparel One Indonesia, the Sub Department Level-Up, Management Trainees, and talents of PT Apparel One Indonesia. During the event, the directors had the opportunity to present business updates in their respective areas, engage in two-way communication with participants, provide guidance, and offer motivation. The opening of the 2025 Binabusana Planning Cycle also featured sharing sessions from senior Management Trainees and Talents who have taken on managerial roles, discussing their journeys and experiences within the Binabusana Group, as well as discussions with the directors about the concerns and aspirations of Binabusana employees towards the company.
With a town hall concept, the opening event was packaged in a light and fun manner but remained content-rich. In addition to a shared dinner, the event was enlivened with musical entertainment. This event aimed to maintain cohesion and foster open communication between the directors and managerial levels.
